Overview
We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Security Manager to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid SIRA Security Manager Certificate/Card and have strong knowledge of security operations, team management, and SIRA regulations.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily security operations.
- Ensure compliance with SIRA rules and regulations.
- Handle security staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with clients and authorities when required.
- Prepare reports, incident documentation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor CCTV systems and security control procedures.
- Maintain safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Valid SIRA Security Manager Certificate/Card.
- Previous experience in security management in the UAE.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and security protocols.
- Ability to handle emergencies and operational issues professionally.
- Good computer and reporting skills.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
