We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Security Manager
to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of security strategies, policies, and operations that protect organizational assets, people, facilities, and information.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies, frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure the effective protection of organizational assets, facilities, employees, visitors, and critical operations.
- Oversee day-to-day security operations, incident management, emergency response, and business continuity preparedness.
- Conduct security risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Develop and maintain security governance, monitoring, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage security service providers and ensure adherence to contractual and operational requirements.
- Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective coordination on security-related matters.
- Promote a culture of security awareness, accountability, and risk management across the organization.
- Prepare security reports, dashboards, and recommendations for executive management.
Qualifications And Experience
- **Bachelor's degree is mandatory**
- in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in security management, risk management, business continuity, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in security operations, corporate security, risk management, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing security programs, service providers, and incident response activities.
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk assessment, emergency management, and business continuity principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
