We are seeking an experienced
Investment Advisor And Consultant
specializing in
Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
to support strategic investment initiatives across the UAE and GCC.
The successful candidate will advise healthcare providers, investors, private equity firms, and corporate clients on acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, and capital-raising transactions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare investment advisory, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution, along with a strong understanding of the UAE healthcare market and regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and execute healthcare investment and M&A opportunities across hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, laboratories, pharmacies, digital health, and healthcare support services.
- Lead buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions from deal origination through financial close.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and investment feasibility studies using industry-standard methodologies.
- Prepare financial models, investment memoranda, information memoranda, and presentations for investors and stakeholders.
- Perform commercial, operational, financial, and strategic due diligence on healthcare businesses.
- Develop acquisition strategies aligned with clients' investment objectives.
- Advise clients on transaction structures, negotiations, and post-merger integration planning.
- Build relationships with healthcare operators, investors, private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, banks, and institutional investors.
- Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory developments, and market opportunities in the UAE and GCC.
- Coordinate with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Support fundraising, capital raising, and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA, CFA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
- Minimum
- 7–10 years
- of experience in investment banking, healthcare consulting, corporate finance, private equity, or M&A advisory.
- Proven track record of successfully executing healthcare M&A transactions.
- Experience advising hospitals, healthcare groups, clinics, or healthcare investors in the UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial metrics, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and licensing frameworks is preferred.
