Security Guard Supervisor

Role overview

Security supervision and operations

• Conduct regular rounds and inspections across assigned properties.
• Supervise watchmen and check attendance, conduct, and post performance.
• Identify security or safety concerns and report them to management.
• Submit reports using the company reporting format and inspection app.
• Follow up on issues and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Assist with investigations and prepare supporting reports.
• Coordinate with management, clients, and relevant government departments.
• Manage multiple sites and respond to operational requirements.

Maintenance coordination

• Check visible conditions such as lighting, doors, gates, fences, and common areas during rounds.
• Record maintenance issues in the inspection app and report them promptly.
• Coordinate site access for maintenance staff and contractors, following site procedures.
• Follow up on repairs and update management about progress or unresolved issues.
• Do not attempt repairs requiring specialist skills or authorization.

Requirements

• Previous experience in security supervision or multi-site operations.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Hindi for work coordination and reporting.
• Valid driving licence and ability to travel between assigned properties.
• Comfortable using a mobile inspection or reporting app.
• Physically fit for frequent site rounds, extended walking, and responding to on-site incidents.
• Professional, alert, and confident supervising staff and managing site situations.
• Strong observation, reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills; responsible, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay

• AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
