Responsibilities
- Safely transport employees, management, clients, visitors, and other authorized personnel as required.
- Drive responsibly and comply with UAE traffic laws and regulations; ensure passengers reach destinations safely and on time.
- Collect and deliver documents, parcels, materials, and other company items as instructed.
- Check the assigned vehicle daily, including fuel, oil, tires, brakes, lights, and general condition.
- Keep the vehicle clean, presentable, and properly maintained; report defects, accidents, damage, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Coordinate servicing, repairs, registration, insurance, and other vehicle-related matters as instructed.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and servicing.
- Plan efficient routes using navigation tools, assist with loading and unloading when required, and handle company property securely.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding company information and matters encountered during work.
- Perform other driving and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications and requirements
- Hold a valid UAE driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle.
- Previous company, corporate, or personal driver experience is preferred.
- Have good knowledge of Dubai and other UAE roads and locations.
- Be familiar with GPS and navigation applications.
- Have good knowledge of UAE traffic rules and regulations.
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills; be responsible, punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude.
- Be able to work flexible hours and respond to transportation requirements when necessary.
- Be physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading when required.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 2,500 per month.
