Watchman Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise watchmen, coordinate daily schedules, and monitor attendance, conduct, uniforms, punctuality, and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, common areas, entrances, parking areas, service areas, and surrounding premises.
• Ensure security procedures and access-control requirements are followed.
• Monitor and report suspicious activities, incidents, damages, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Coordinate maintenance and security matters with building management.
• Ensure common areas and building surroundings remain clean and unobstructed.
• Check facilities and report faulty lights, water leaks, damaged doors, fire safety concerns, and other maintenance problems.
• Maintain daily reports and records of incidents, inspections, complaints, and related activities.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with management, maintenance, or emergency services.
• Handle complaints from tenants, visitors, and building occupants professionally.
• Assist with access for contractors, maintenance teams, deliveries, and other authorized personnel.
• Perform other building supervision and security duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of experience as a Watchman Supervisor, Security Supervisor, Building Supervisor, or in a similar position.
• Previous experience managing and supervising watchmen or security personnel.
• Good knowledge of building operations, facilities, common areas, and basic maintenance issues.
• A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Ability to drive and inspect assigned buildings or properties.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and report building, safety, and security issues.
• Strong responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle emergencies and unexpected situations calmly and efficiently.
• Basic computer and report-writing skills are advantageous.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent situations when required.

Compensation

• Pay starts from AED 3,000 per month.

Workplace

• The work location is in person in Dubai.
