Hiring for a building cleaner/general support staff position in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Deep-clean building, parking, common, and washroom areas.
- Operate scrubbing, jet wash, vacuum cleaning, and other cleaning equipment.
- Scrub, mop, polish, vacuum, pressure-wash, and sanitize surfaces.
- Jet-wash parking areas, interlocks, and external surfaces; vacuum carpets and hard-to-reach areas.
- Maintain hygiene standards, refill consumables, and support housekeeping and maintenance.
- Follow safety and sanitation procedures, report issues or damage, and keep assigned areas presentable.
Requirements
- Experience operating scrubbing machines, jet wash or pressure-washing machines, and vacuum cleaning equipment is required.
- Deep cleaning experience and one year of housekeeping experience are required.
- Must be physically fit, understand basic hygiene and cleaning standards, and be able to work flexible shifts.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills are sought.
- Parking and external-area cleaning experience is preferred; previous building or housekeeping experience is preferred, and hotel cleaning is an advantage.
- High school or equivalent education is preferred.
Schedule
- Working hours are 10 hours daily, six days per week.
- The stated probation period is six months.
Compensation and benefits
- Salary package is AED 1,400–1,600 per month.
- Benefits include company medical insurance, 30 days of paid annual leave, and an airfare contribution of AED 1,200 after every 24 months of service.
- Sick leave is as per UAE Labour Law; compassionate leave is as per company policy.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Dubai.
