Employee immigration processing
- Process employee entry permits, work permits, residence visas, renewals, cancellations, amendments, and status changes.
- Arrange Emirates ID applications and renewals, medical fitness tests, document attestation, and other immigration formalities.
- Check visa documents for completeness and accuracy, meet submission timelines, and track expiries.
- Coordinate with HR on new hires, employee renewals, and exits; maintain records of applications, approvals, receipts, and documents.
Government relations and PRO services
- Liaise with UAE immigration, labour authorities, and other government departments.
- Process company government transactions, permits, and official documents; follow applicable procedures and regulations.
- Follow up on pending applications, approvals, and official submissions.
Vehicle insurance and registration
- Coordinate company vehicle insurance quotations, policy issuance, and renewals before expiry.
- Arrange vehicle registration renewals, inspections, and related documentation.
- Maintain records of vehicles, insurance policies, registration cards, and expiry dates; liaise with relevant providers and authorities.
- Assist with insurance claims and follow up on claim status and required documentation when needed.
Qualifications and requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in administration or a related field are an advantage.
- Proven UAE PRO experience, preferably handling employee visa processing and renewals.
- Good knowledge of UAE immigration procedures, labour regulations, and government services.
- Experience coordinating vehicle insurance and registration renewals.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 3,000 per month.
