Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role based in Riyadh.
The Secretary will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, coordinating company secretarial activities, and addressing customer service inquiries.
The role also involves scheduling appointments, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document preparation, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience in Company Secretarial Work and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Competency in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management and travel arrangements
- Customer Service skills to manage correspondence and ensure client satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, is highly preferred
