Role Summary
The Secretary will provide administrative and executive support by managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management.
-Prepare, organize, and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and company -records.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, visitors, and internal communications professionally.
-Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
-Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of company information and documents.
-Support administrative tasks, document control, office coordination, and management requests.
Required Qualifications
-Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
-Previous experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard office -systems.
-Strong communication, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
-Professional, dependable, discreet, and able to work independently.
Preferably: Philippine national
Digital & Ai Capability
Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, Midjourney, Cursor, Windsurf, Zapier or similar platforms is preferred.
Candidates should be willing to use AI and automation to improve productivity, reporting, communication, document management, and daily work processes.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
