About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious **Secondary Market Property Consultant** to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.

This role focuses on **property listings, conducting property tours, and handling sales & leasing (resale and rental) transactions** within the secondary market.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want a stable salary combined with high earning potential through commission.

Property Listing (Secondary Market)

  • Source and secure new property listings (sale & rental)
  • Build strong relationships with landlords and property owners
  • Maintain updated property inventory in assigned areas

Property Tours & Client Viewings

  • Conduct professional property tours and area viewings
  • Present properties in a confident and professional manner
  • Advise clients on market value and investment opportunities

Sales & Leasing (Resale & Rentals)

  • Manage end-to-end sales and leasing transactions
  • Negotiate between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Ensure smooth deal closure and client satisfaction

Market Development

  • Build strong knowledge of Dubai communities and market trends
  • Identify high-demand areas and investment opportunities
  • Support pricing and market analysis

Lead Generation

  • Generate leads through networking, calls, referrals, and portals
  • Promote company listings across platforms
  • Build long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate (secondary market preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • RERA certification is a plus or willingness to obtain
