Key Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and generate new leads (leasing & resale)
• **Source property owners and bring new listings to the company (landlord acquisition)**
• Build and maintain a strong portfolio of secondary market listings
• Develop relationships with landlords to secure direct and exclusive listings
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
• Match client requirements with suitable properties
• Negotiate leasing terms and close deals efficiently
• Follow up consistently to maximize conversion rates
• Upload and manage listings on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut
• Optimize listings (photos, descriptions, pricing) to generate high-quality leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends and pricing

Requirements

• **2–3 years of experience** in UAE real estate (secondary market preferred)
• **Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market**
• Proven ability to **generate listings (not only handle leads)**
• Hands-on experience using Property Finder and Bayut
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Target-driven and able to work under pressure
• **Own car is preferred**
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
