Element Materials Technology seeks seasonal associate test technicians for its Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) testing team.

Responsibilities
- Perform and analyze SAR/RF and RF exposure compliance tests and evaluations against regulatory specifications.
- Compile and report test results using Microsoft Word and Excel; evaluate devices and determine applicable standards.
- Help develop and improve test methods and reporting, coordinate tasks, and maintain laboratory methods and equipment.
Skills and qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM, technical school certificate, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, computer literacy, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and independently, take initiative, and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to reach the Surrey Hills location; own transport is needed.
- Physical duties include walking, standing, using hands, reaching, climbing or balancing, and crouching or similar movements.
