Duties
- Repair uniforms, linen, and other items; assist guests with tailoring requests and the Valet team with buttons and minor repairs.
- Issue, adjust, label, and order uniforms; manage issuance and collection by department and employee number and obtain employee signatures.
- Inspect items for cleanliness, stains, and damage; assist the laundry and linen room as required.
- Maintain paperwork, prepare monthly reports, complete inventories, and flag missing, damaged, stained, discarded, or outstanding items.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and stocked correctly.
Candidate requirements
- At least three years of experience in the luxury hotel field.
- High school education.
- Computer literacy and comfortable communication in English.
- Attention to detail, adaptability, organization, multitasking, teamwork, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Guest-focused approach and ability to work with other departments.
