Lobby Lounge Manager

Position overview

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Hire, mentor, and develop the team; implement departmental training and development and help attract talent.
• Monitor revenue targets and control beverage, payroll, and other expenses within set budgets.
• Hold daily pre-service team briefings on hotel updates and upcoming service.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain outlet presentation, cleanliness, and upkeep of furniture, equipment, floors, fixtures, and fittings.
• Work with hostesses to optimize reservations, productivity, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
• Oversee beverage preparation quality, presentation, and inventory control with the service team.

What you'll bring

• Proven management experience leading a team and delivering excellent guest service.
• Strong communication, customer service, interpersonal, mentoring, and hands-on leadership skills.
• Passion for the industry and awareness of ultra-luxury F&B trends and developments.
• Comfortable communicating in English; Arabic, Italian, French, Spanish, or German is desirable.
• Relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma.
• Management experience including afternoon tea service and ultra-luxury hotels and restaurants in the Middle East and at least one other continent, including Europe, Asia, or the USA.
