Provides subject matter expertise and guidance on project methods and delivery methodology.
Responsibilities
- Prepare training materials and sessions on project delivery methodology.
- Customize, document, integrate, communicate, and implement IT standards and guidelines.
- Facilitate relationships between Agile teams and product owners and support a safe working environment.
- Lead teams in Agile practices and self-organization; coach teams and help remove impediments.
- Capture feedback and document sprint reviews to support project goals and improve performance.
- Support requirements gathering, backlog management, business process modeling, and Agile metrics analysis.
General and professional skills
- Knowledge of Agile I&IT methods and techniques associated with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus-building, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience educating others in Agile methodology and resolving conflicts.
- Experience mentoring teams and documenting sprint reviews.
- Scrum and Agile expertise, requirements gathering, user stories, process modeling, backlog management, gap analysis, and Agile metrics.
- Hands-on DevOps and CI/CD experience; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, cloud platforms, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- CSM or similar Agile certification; advanced PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or PSM credentials are highly desirable.
- Experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in a DevOps setting is requested.
- Software development background is advantageous; regulated-industry experience is preferred.
- Project methodology certifications such as Agile Coach or Lean Six Sigma belts are desirable.
