HTC Global Services is hiring an experienced Scrum Master with data project experience to drive Agile delivery for data initiatives.
The position is a one-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and is onsite.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Remove delivery impediments and manage risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate Data, Engineering, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams.
- Track sprint progress and delivery metrics and provide status updates.
- Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement; support timely delivery of Data and Digital initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders and communication across business and technology teams.
Mandatory skills and experience
- At least 8 years of overall IT experience and at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
- Experience handling Scrum teams working on data projects.
- SAFe Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
- Airline domain experience is good to have.
- Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance.
- Experience with backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and risk and dependency management.
- Hands-on Jira and Confluence experience; strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- The role is onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
