Analyze business and information needs and design system solutions that fit business requirements and the organization's information systems architecture.
Recommend improvements to existing IT systems and processes; work under minimal supervision.
Domain experience
- Experience in financial services or capital markets, front-office operations, and ETF or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards for client-facing applications.
Tools and methods
- Strong SQL skills and Scrum Master certification are required.
- Capture requirements using JIRA, Confluence, BRD, and FSD.
- Knowledge of tools such as Visio and PowerPoint for process flows.
- Experience with Agile or Scaled Agile project methodologies.
- Experience testing real-time mission-critical systems.
Collaboration and delivery
- Handle projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate across groups and with geographically dispersed teams; build stakeholder relationships and partnerships.
- Communicate effectively, build consensus, and work in multidisciplinary teams.
