HTC Global Services is hiring an AWS DevOps Engineer for an on-site role in Dubai, UAE.
The role is a one-year extendable contract.
Required experience
- 3+ years of DevOps experience with build and release pipelines, Git flow, and branching.
- Experience with one or more of Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Core Java, or .NET.
- Experience implementing AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, firewalls, Auto Scaling, and CloudWatch.
- At least one year of work experience with Kubernetes or Docker, such as Rancher or EKS, and tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
- Experience with SAST/DAST tools such as SonarQube or Checkmarx.
Responsibilities
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments to test and production systems using Azure DevOps or other CI/CD tools.
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes workloads on platforms such as Rancher or EKS.
- Develop and manage infrastructure with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or CDK.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage for cost, performance, and scalability.
- Integrate automated security testing, dependency scanning, and container security into pipelines.
- Configure and manage VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, and API Gateway.
- Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting using Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK, or Datadog.
- Work with development, security, and operations teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
