Scrum Master - 12 month FTC

Develop a strong understanding of the applications, platforms, integrations and roadmaps within the Applications & Development portfolio

Maintain effective and consistent agile ceremonies and delivery cadence

Create and maintain meaningful delivery metrics, dashboards and reporting

Lead daily scrums and promote transparency around progress, risks and blockers

Build strong, collaborative relationships with team members and stakeholders

Leading and supporting high‑performing scrum teams

Introducing or improving agile maturity within an organisation

Backlog management and business requirements prioritisation techniques

Scrum and Agile principles and frameworks

Delivery metrics, reporting and visualisation of progress and outcomes

Azure DevOps or equivalent tooling

Stakeholder engagement and communication across technical and non‑technical audiences

Case management systems or low‑code platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)

Ability to produce high‑quality delivery and technical artefacts that demonstrate business value

Strong written and verbal communication skills
