Scheduler Specialist role based in Jeddah, focused on planning and scheduling infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain infrastructure project schedules using Primavera P6/P3.
- Prepare baseline schedules, resource-loaded programs, recovery schedules, and progress measurement systems.
- Monitor progress, identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities, and propose corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to support timely delivery.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, schedule updates, and delay analyses.
- Support project controls, risk management, and claims analysis.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and client reporting standards.
Required skills
- Strong experience in infrastructure project planning and scheduling.
- Expertise in Primavera P6/P3 and project control methodologies.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Able to work with multidisciplinary project teams and manage multiple project schedules.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field.
- At least 8 years of infrastructure scheduling and planning experience, covering roads, utilities, water networks, wastewater, stormwater, or related civil works.
- Experience in an engineering consultancy and/or construction contracting company.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6/P3 for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are preferred.
