Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD implementation and support activities.
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP S/4HANA Cloud standard processes.
Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
Sales order management.
Customer master data.
Pricing and condition techniques.
Delivery processing and shipping.
Billing and invoicing.
Returns and credit management.
Conduct business workshops and fit-to-standard analysis.
Configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SD solutions based on business requirements.
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
Execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Support data migration activities related to SD master and transactional data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, Finance, PP, and Logistics.
Provide training and post-go-live support to business users.
Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
