Role overview

Solution design and delivery

• Design, configure, and optimize SAP IS-Auto/DBM and Proaxia VSS solutions for automotive aftersales.
• Lead process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution blueprint activities.
• Gather and document requirements, specifications, BRDs, FDDs, process flows, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support project delivery from blueprint and design through configuration, testing, migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Support S/4HANA transformation initiatives and Proaxia VSS implementations.

Support and improvement

• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and debug SAP programs with ABAP developers.
• Support integration with OEM systems, CRM, payment gateways, digital applications, Azure Integration Services, and middleware.
• Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing and validate solution quality.
• Provide L2/L3 application support, analyze incidents, lead enhancements, and maintain SLA compliance.
• Train users, create knowledge articles and SOPs, and provide ongoing business-user support.
• Mentor team members and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Required experience

• Minimum 5+ years of SAP Automotive experience, including SAP IS-Auto, SAP DBM, and Proaxia VSS.
• Functional knowledge of workshop operations, service management, parts, warranty, appointments, vehicle reception and delivery, and recall campaigns.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to analyze ABAP code and collaborate with developers.
• Knowledge of SAP enhancements, user exits, BAdIs, forms, IDocs, APIs/web services, SQL, migration, validation, and interface monitoring.
• Cross-functional SAP knowledge including SD, MM, FI/CO, FSCM, Business Partner, CRM/CX, and S/4HANA.
• Experience with 2–3 end-to-end implementations, rollouts, or upgrades; Agile/DevOps experience and SAP Activate knowledge.

Education and preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proaxia VSS and SRS, automotive transformations, eVHC, workshop monitoring, mobility, customer portals, digital payments, and OEM integrations are preferred experience areas.
• Relevant SAP certifications are preferred; automotive retail dealership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, customer focus, stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and teamwork.

• Solutions support service orders, workshop management, service appointments, vehicle reception, parts and inventory, warranty and goodwill, recall campaigns, labor operations and pricing, eVHC, and customer quotations and approvals.
