Salesforce Project Manager
Role Overview
Lead enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Manage delivery from discovery and solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

Delivery scope
- Manage Salesforce projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Coordinate business and technical stakeholders and implementation partners throughout delivery.
Candidate requirements
- Require 8+ years of overall IT or project management experience, including significant Salesforce project experience, and 5+ years managing Salesforce implementations or transformations.
- Require strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and good working knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
- Multi-cloud Salesforce programme experience is highly desirable, not mandatory.
- Require experience managing SI partners and technology vendors, enterprise integrations, and complex technology environments.
- Require Agile/Scrum delivery knowledge; experience managing budgets, scope, resources, risks, and commercial commitments; strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Candidates must work effectively with business and technical teams.
