Managed-services resilience
- Maintain a register of cloud and third-party managed services for critical digital services, including owners, suppliers, dependencies, shared responsibilities, criticality, and escalation paths.
- Define resilience and recoverability requirements and evidence expectations, including RTO/RPO commitments where applicable, aligned to Oil & Gas standards and supplier contracts, SLAs, and OLAs.
- Conduct evidence reviews, feasible technical validations, and assurance of recovery tests and drills; track findings, gaps, and remediation evidence.
Reporting and dependency risks
- Provide BAU readiness and recoverability dashboards covering coverage, compliance, open risks, action closure, and provider constraints; escalate priority issues through governance.
- Assess digital supply-chain concentration and single points of failure, supplier incidents, and contract-renewal risks.
- Engage suppliers on recovery constraints and align services with DRPs, runbooks, and major-incident recovery procedures.
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Security, Risk/Compliance, or a related discipline.
Preferred qualifications
- Cloud certification such as Azure, AWS, or GCP; vendor/third-party risk or assurance certification such as CRISC; and/or DR/BC certification such as CBCP or ISO 22301 are preferred, as applicable.
- Energy or Oil & Gas industry experience is an added advantage.
