Salesforce Developer role for a Dubai-based government-related entity.
The role is a contract position with an initial 12-month duration and is renewable.
Deliver Salesforce solutions through configuration, customization, and full-lifecycle project implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and configure Salesforce solutions, including system configuration and user setup.
- Optimize business processes and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Document configuration changes, data mappings, and business process flows.
- Guide custom-logic development and present solution demonstrations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support planning.
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Maintain relevant certifications to advise on platform best practices and process optimization.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- At least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and unit testing.
- At least 2 years of experience with Lightning Components and LWC is a must.
- At least 2 years of experience with enterprise-level packaged applications, such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Siebel.
- Proven end-to-end Salesforce project implementation experience and strong understanding of scalable solution design and system configuration.
- Active Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Consultant, or related certifications are an advantage.
