Xceed Real Estate Broker LLC is currently looking for an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our growing brokerage in Dubai.
We are actively seeking leaders who can bring and build a strong sales team focused on Off-Plan and Secondary Market sales.
This opportunity is ideal for team leaders who already have active agents or professionals ready to scale and grow within a performance-driven environment.
About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and growing your sales team while driving revenue and closing transactions across Dubai’s real estate market.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of real estate brokers
- Recruit, train, and scale your sales team
- Drive off-plan and secondary market sales
- Support agents in closing transactions
- Monitor team performance and targets
- Build a strong sales culture and productive environment
- Develop long-term client and investor relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate
- Previous team handling or leadership experience preferred
- Existing team is a strong advantage
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
- RERA certification preferred
