POSITION: Sales Team Leader
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and motivational leader who can manage, guide, and grow a strong inside sales team focused on converting inbound leads into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead, manage & motivate the sales/admission team
✔ Achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly team targets
✔ Monitor daily performance, calls, and conversions
✔ Provide coaching, training & continuous support to team members
✔ Handle escalations and complex customer interactions
✔ Ensure high conversion rates from inbound leads
✔ Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting
✔ Coordinate with management for strategy improvement
Ideal Candidate
✔ Minimum 3–5 years UAE sales experience
✔ At least 1–2 years in a Team Leader / Supervisory role
✔ Experience in Education, Training, Insurance, Real Estate or Banking Sales
✔ Strong leadership, coaching & communication skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving team targets
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
