Sales Team Leader

- Key aspects of the role include:
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Participate in setting realistic forecasts, develop plans and resources to ensure achievement.
- **To be successful you will need to meet the following:**
- **Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical/ Medical field.**
- **Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical sector preferably in OTC/ Consumer Healthcare in the UAE**
- **Native Hindi speaker is a must**
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Good decision-making skills, great problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
