We're Hiring: Sales Team Leader ā Real Estate
H&S Real Estate
is looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Team Leader
to drive sales performance, mentor property consultants, and contribute to the continued growth of our business.
If you have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership skills, and a passion for building successful teams, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of property consultants
- Support team members in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Recruit and onboard new sales agents
- Monitor team performance and provide ongoing guidance
- Develop strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates
- Build strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
ā Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales
ā Previous experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred
ā Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property market
ā Proven track record in property sales and client relationship management
ā Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
ā Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
