Overview
H&S Real Estate is looking for an experienced
Team Leader / Sales Director
to manage and lead a team of
10–20 real estate brokers
.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership experience, excellent knowledge of the UAE real estate market, and a proven track record in managing sales teams.
Requirements
- Minimum
- 5+ years of experience
- as a Team Leader, or Sales Director in the
- UAE real estate market
- Experience managing real estate brokers
- Strong knowledge of Dubai / UAE property market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to train, motivate, and support brokers
Reponsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10–20 real estate brokers
- Train, guide, and motivate brokers to achieve sales targets
- Monitor team performance and sales pipeline
- Develop strategies to increase sales and close deals
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
Compensation
- **Commission-based only**
