We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure strong lead generation and conversion
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics
- Enhance brand visibility and positioning in the competitive real estate market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing management and strategy development
- Strong knowledge of market research, analytics, and performance tracking
- Experience aligning marketing with sales for business growth
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Real estate industry experience is highly preferred
