Sales Director
to lead, inspire, and grow our sales operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong real estate background and a proven ability to drive revenue, build high-performing teams, and establish strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the sales team to achieve and exceed company targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate property consultants and sales managers
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Monitor sales performance and ensure operational excellence
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements
ā Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including leadership experience
ā Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including off-plan and secondary sales
ā Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
ā Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
ā Established network within the real estate industry is an advantage
ā Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and success
