Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a small team of BDMs to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Support team members in client acquisition and relationship management activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, IBs, affiliates, and potential partners.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent pipeline generation.
  • Assist in onboarding, mentoring, and motivating the sales team.
  • Coordinate with management regarding sales progress, market feedback, and operational challenges.
  • Contribute actively to team sales performance through direct business development efforts.
  • Bring an existing team/network of at least 3 BDMs is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Forex / CFD / Trading industry.
  • Experience in handling or supervising a small sales/BDM team.
  • Must have an existing network/team with at least 3 BDMs.
  • Strong understanding of Forex sales, IB acquisition, and partnership development.
  • Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work remotely with high self-discipline and accountability.
  • Open to remote working arrangement or Dubai-based placement.
  • Indian or Pakistani nationality is preferred.
  • English communication proficiency is required.
