Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven

Head of Sales

to lead our Sales Department, drive revenue growth, and deliver ambitious business targets within the FX sector.

The successful candidate will lead high-performing teams, execute effective sales strategies, and play a key role in our continued growth while taking on

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Sales Department, including Sales Managers, Executives, Business Development staff, and Dealers.
  • Take full ownership of sales performance, revenue delivery, and target achievement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to support ambitious business growth.
  • Build and maintain a high-performance, results-oriented sales culture.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline across the sales function.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in client acquisition, retention, and revenue quality.
  • Lead performance management across the team, including addressing underperformance.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between Sales and Dealer teams.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Chairman and wider leadership team.
  • Ensure all sales activities operate within regulatory and compliance requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience leading sales teams within the FX sector.
  • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Experience managing both Sales teams and Dealers in a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Experience managing pipeline, forecasting, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to drive performance, manage underperformance, and build accountability.
  • Commercially focused with a strong leadership presence.
  • Confident working at a senior level and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Hands-on, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
