About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a strong background in Forex/CFD sales.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and contributing to regional business development.

Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition across retail, institutional, and IB channels.

Develop and manage high-value IBs, partners, and affiliates.

Generate consistent deposits and trading volume.

Build strategic relationships with key clients and partners.

Mentor junior sales staff where required.

Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies.

Achieve ambitious monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of Forex/CFD business development experience.

Proven history of generating strong Net Deposits and revenue.

Established book of clients and active IB network.

Strong understanding of MT4, MT5, CRM systems, and brokerage operations.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Arabic, English, Hindi, or additional languages are highly desirable.

Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
