Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CFD Sales Manager to lead, develop, and motivate our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CFD, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Futures, and Stock trading products, with proven success in managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and achieving ambitious targets.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team through structured onboarding, training, and continuous coaching.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a high-performance, competitive, and collaborative sales culture.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Promote accountability and address performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Organize client seminars, events, and engagement activities.

Sales Performance Management

  • Manage team KPIs, revenue targets, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Monitor sales activities, outbound calling campaigns, and conversion rates.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement effective improvement strategies.
  • Motivate and guide the team to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze sales reports and provide recommendations to improve overall performance.

Business Development & Client Management

  • Maintain personal sales performance and achieve individual revenue targets.
  • Manage and strengthen the sales pipeline to maximize conversion rates.
  • Demonstrate excellence in outbound sales, solution selling, and deal closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Collaborate closely with management to enhance team effectiveness and business growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum
  • 3 years of experience
  • in leading and developing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of
  • CFD, Forex, Cryptocurrency, Futures, Stocks, or related financial products
  • .
  • Proven experience in

  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
