About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate has experience in the Forex/CFD industry and is capable of bringing in new clients, IBs, and business opportunities while maintaining long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Develop new retail and institutional business.

Acquire and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and partners.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent client service.

Represent the company at networking events, seminars, and exhibitions.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Forex/CFD sales or business development experience.

Existing client portfolio and/or active IB network is highly preferred.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Arabic, English, Hindi, or other regional languages are an advantage.

Must be willing to work full-time from our Dubai office.

Candidates with an existing book of business and transferable client relationships will be given priority.
