Role overview
Supports the sales team with real estate coordination, property listings, client communication, and administrative activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with property developers, owners, agents, and clients.
- Advertise properties on relevant property portals and platforms.
- Prepare and manage sales documents and property details.
- Coordinate property viewings and schedules with clients and agents.
- Follow up on inquiries, viewings, offers, and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, properties, and sales activities.
- Assist with daily sales coordination and administration.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support transaction completion.
Requirements
- Good command of English; strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience is preferred, but not compulsory.
- Property documentation and CRM knowledge are preferred, but not compulsory.
- High school or equivalent education, English, Arabic, and a driving license are listed as preferred.

Compensation
- AED 2,000–3,000 per month, plus commission.
