Supports the sales team with property listings, client communication, coordination, and administrative activities.
Coordinates property search, developer communication, advertising, and related sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with property developers, owners, agents, and clients.
- Advertise properties on relevant property portals and platforms.
- Prepare and manage sales documents and property details.
- Coordinate property viewings and schedules with clients and agents.
- Follow up on inquiries, viewings, offers, and transactions.
- Maintain records of leads, clients, properties, and sales activities.
- Assist with daily sales coordination and administration.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support transaction completion.
Requirements
- Good command of English; strong communication, coordination, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE real estate experience of 1–2 years is preferred, not compulsory.
- Property documentation and CRM knowledge are preferred, not compulsory.
- High school or equivalent education and a driving license are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–3,000 per month, with commission also offered.
