Supports the leasing team with property listings, tenant coordination, documentation, viewings, and daily administrative tasks.
The role concerns residential leasing and property management operations in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and leasing agents about available properties.
- Prepare and update online property listings.
- Respond to tenant and client inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Schedule viewings with clients and agents and follow up with prospective tenants.
- Assist prospective tenants through the leasing process.
- Prepare tenancy documents, offers, contracts, and other paperwork.
- Coordinate move-in approvals, access cards, maintenance, and other requirements with building management.
- Maintain records of properties, tenants, contracts, payments, and leasing activities.
- Assist with Tawtheeq and other tenancy procedures.
- Coordinate rental offers, renewals, maintenance, and tenant requirements with landlords.
- Support daily leasing administration and ensure documents and transactions are completed on time.
Requirements
- Good communication, customer service, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications; able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Professional communication skills in English.
- Experience in real estate, leasing, property management, or administration is preferred.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi leasing procedures is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree, one year of real estate experience, Arabic, and a driving license are preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,000 per month.
