Shelter Homes is hiring motivated Real Estate Agents focused on property sales and leasing.
The role offers a high-commission structure with income potential tied to performance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with property purchases, sales, and leasing.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market activities.
- Prepare and manage property listings on major real estate portals.
- Track market trends, pricing, and regulations; advise clients on investment opportunities and market conditions.
- Build and manage a client portfolio and coordinate with marketing and administrative teams on transactions.
Requirements
- Sales and/or leasing experience is preferred, ideally in real estate.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are expected.
- Honesty, sincerity, and trustworthiness are expected.
- A bachelor's degree, one year of real estate experience, English, Arabic, and a valid UAE driver's license are preferred.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, permanent role.
- Work location is in person.
