Role overview

The posting seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Coordinator to support the real estate sales team, property listings, client communication, and daily operations.

The role involves finding properties for sale, coordinating with developers, advertising properties, and coordinating related activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with property developers, owners, agents, and clients.
Advertise properties through relevant portals and platforms.
Prepare and manage sales documents and property details.
Schedule property viewings with clients and agents.
Follow up on inquiries, viewings, offers, and transactions.
Maintain lead, client, property, and sales-activity records.
Assist the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments to support transaction completion.

Requirements

Good command of English and strong communication and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
One to two years of UAE real estate experience is preferred, not compulsory.
Knowledge of property documentation and CRM systems is preferred, not compulsory.
High school or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation

Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 3,000 per month, with commission.
