Are you a passionate automotive sales professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of driving sales performance?
Join Ali & Sons Group as a Sales Supervisor (New & Used Cars), where you will play a vital role in leading showroom sales activities, coaching high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving ambitious business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee, and monitor the New and Used Cars sales teams to achieve branch sales targets and business goals.
- Drive performance related to unit sales, trade-in appraisals, incoming used vehicles, customer leads, vehicle deliveries, reservations, and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and provide realistic forecasts while implementing action plans to improve results.
- Cascade company strategies and ensure successful execution within the sales team.
- Coordinate and assign Sales Consultants for outdoor events, product displays, exhibitions, and motor shows, while evaluating outcomes and performance.
- Build strong customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and support the team in closing sales opportunities.
- Review sales orders and customer agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor lead management activities and ensure accurate reporting for management review.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee trade-in operations, used vehicle appraisals, and stock management to support business objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, accountability, and sales excellence.
Role Purpose
To efficiently manage showroom operations and resources for both New and Used Cars departments, drive sales performance, maximize customer satisfaction, and ensure the achievement of branch objectives through effective leadership and team development.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive sales and leadership experience.
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and standard business applications.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automotive retail operations, sales processes, customer relationship management, and trade-in appraisals.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
