- This role requires someone who can create a fun, engaging atmosphere for children and families while driving sales and maintaining exceptional service standards.
- The ideal candidate will:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to create a welcoming environment for families and children.
- Train staff on product knowledge, allergen awareness, and safe handling practices.
- Plan and execute seasonal displays, promotions, and interactive in-store events to attract families.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and stock availability.
- Monitor daily sales performance and support the team in achieving targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Supervisor or Store Manager in
- candy stores, confectionery shops, or family retail environments
- .
- **Valid UAE or GCC driving license (mandatory)**
- .
- Strong understanding of
- candy products, packaging, and seasonal trends

- Proven ability to train and manage a team in
