The Sales Supervisor will oversee and guide a small sales and outreach team responsible for generating donations, sponsorships, and partnerships to support the foundation’s initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales goals, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to team members to improve results.
The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with donors and partners, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all stakeholders.
The Sales Supervisor will analyze sales data, prepare brief performance reports, and collaborate with management and media teams to align fundraising efforts with ongoing campaigns and community projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Training skills to lead, motivate, and develop a sales and outreach team.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to engage donors, partners, and community stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Solid Analytical Skills to review sales data, identify trends, and suggest improvements to outreach and fundraising strategies.
- Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or donor relations, preferably in a nonprofit or community-focused organization.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet agreed targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with basic CRM or spreadsheet tools for tracking contacts, leads, and sales activities.
