Sales Supervisor (Female)
About This Role
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and polished Female Sales Supervisor to support the daily operations of a luxury boutique specializing in leather goods and fashion accessories. The role requires a strong leader with a passion for luxury retail, exceptional client service skills, and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining the highest brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets
- Deliver and uphold exceptional client experience aligned with luxury brand standards
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients (VIP clientele)
- Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing procedures
- Handle client concerns and escalations with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in staff training, grooming, and product knowledge development
- Track sales trends and provide insights to management
- Collaborate with management on clienteling strategies and in-store events
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end fashion
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in leather goods, handbags, or fashion accessories
- Clienteling and CRM experience
- Strong sense of style and fashion awareness
- Ability to manage VIP clients and private appointments
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire a high-performing team
Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per hour
