Arabic Sales Supervisor – Car Rental Company
We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the car rental business. The ideal candidate will oversee daily sales operations, coach and support the sales staff, develop strategies to meet targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost bookings and customer retention.
- Monitor sales performance and provide training or guidance as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth rental operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales supervision, preferably in car rental or related industries.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong customer-focused approach.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
