We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our automotive team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the used car market, and a proven track record in driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the used car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and support
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee inventory management and coordinate with procurement teams
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in Qatar’s automotive sector
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of used car sales operations in Qatar
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage targets and work under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Arabic nationality preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage
