Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist (Sports), based in Dubai.

The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth by managing relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the sports category.

They will conduct market research, provide tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs, and deliver excellent customer service.

Additional responsibilities include delivering product training to retail partners, creating sales reports, and contributing to overall sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in delivering Training programs to clients or internal teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales management software.
  • Previous experience in the sports industry or a related field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
